By using this website or purchasing any music, albums, or licenses, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this website.

1. Personal Use 

When purchasing music for personal use only, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to:

  • Use the music for personal enjoyment

  • Include in non-monetized content (e.g., home videos, school projects, personal playlists)

  • Play during private events (e.g., weddings, gatherings, yoga sessions)

You may NOT:

  • Monetize your project using this music

  • Use it in business or promotional content

  • Reupload the music to streaming platforms

  • Claim ownership or authorship of the music

  • Sell, share, or redistribute the music files in any form

2. Commercial Use License Options

If you wish to use my music for commercial, film project, or business content, you must purchase one of the following licenses:

A) Standard License – With Credit

✅ Use in monetized videos, movies, podcasts, ads, social media, games, apps, or business content
✅ You may edit, loop, or mix the track
❗ Credit required:

“@Linhy-music|LinhyBanh.ca” (in video descriptions, podcast notes, app credits, etc.)

B) Extended License – No Credit Required

✅ All usage rights from Standard License
✅ No credit attribution required

3. YouTube / Social Media Use Policy

You may use my music for free on YouTube or social media as long as:

  • The content is non-commercial (e.g., hobby vlogs, student videos, demos)

  • You credit the music as follows:

“@Linhy-music|LinhyBanh.ca”

For monetized videos, business content, or no-credit use, a commercial license is required.

Linhy does not issue Content ID claims on YouTube, but license verification may be required if a dispute arises.

4. Proof of License

When you purchase music for commercial use, your receipt and download confirmation serve as proof of license. You may be asked to present this if there’s ever a content dispute or copyright inquiry.

Please keep your records.

5. Prohibited Uses

Unless otherwise stated in your license, you may NOT:

  • Repackage or sell the music as your own

  • Upload it to platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, or content ID systems

  • Use the music in hateful, violent, or offensive material

  • Use the music in a way that misrepresents Linhy as the creator

All music remains the intellectual property of Linhy (LinhyBanh.ca) and is protected under copyright law.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the music, all sales are final.
Linhy's does not offer refunds or exchanges after download access has been granted.

If you experience technical issues, contact us for assistance. 

7. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Information collected through your purchase or site visit is used solely to:

  • Process your order

  • Deliver your music

  • Provide customer support

  • Send updates or promotions (only if you opt in)

We do not share or sell your data to third parties.

8. License Abuse & Legal Rights

Any misuse of Linhy’s music — including unauthorized commercial use, reselling, or redistribution — is a violation of these terms and copyright law. Legal action may be pursued.

Linhy reserves the right to:

  • Modify these Terms & Conditions at any time

  • Terminate licenses that breach usage terms

  • Block future purchases from violators
