FAQ – Everything You Need to Know
Q: How do I know which license I need?
Standard: Projects under 50k views per project, credit required
Small Commercial: Projects 50k–300k views per project, credit optional
Large Commercial: Projects over 300k views per project, high-budget or national/global campaigns, with credit or no credit
Q: Is this music royalty-free, and can I use it in multiple projects?
Yes! All tracks are royalty-free. That means:
You pay once for the license.
You don’t owe any additional fees or royalties based on views, revenue, or streams for that project.
One project only:
Each license is valid for one project, one brand, or one campaign.
Using the same track in a different project, video, event, or client campaign requires a new license.
Example:
A dance school buys a license for a recital video → ✅ Allowed, royalty-free
The school wants to use the same song for a different recital or event → ❌ Needs a new license (still royalty-free, just a separate one-time payment)
Q: Can I upgrade my license later?
Yes! If your project grows or reaches a larger audience, you can upgrade your license at any time by paying the difference.
If your audience reach stays within the limits of your license, no upgrade is needed.
If your project exceeds the reach, you’ll need to upgrade to the appropriate license tier—you only pay the price difference.
Q: Can I use your music worldwide?
Q: Can I use your music in monetized YouTube videos or podcasts?
Yes! All licenses allow use in monetized projects, including YouTube, social media, podcasts, ads, apps, games, and business content—according to the license that fits your audience size.
Q: What is the difference between Non-Exclusive and Exclusive for Large Commercial?
Non-Exclusive: Track can still be licensed to other clients. This is the only option available for all Licenses on this site.
Exclusive (not offered here): Buyer would have sole use of the track, and it could not be licensed to anyone else.
Q: Can I resell or redistribute the music?
No. You cannot:
Resell the track as music
Upload it to stock libraries
Claim it as your own
Distribute it as a standalone product
The license is for sync/use in a project, not redistribution.
Q: Why is there a “No Credit Required” option?
Some professional productions (films, TV, streaming platforms, games, agencies) have strict legal or editorial rules and cannot guarantee credit placement. The No Credit Required license removes this limitation and is priced higher to reflect professional, friction-free usage.
